Reservation Policy

  • Reservation Policy - Luxuria Inn by Chandan
    Effective Date: 15 February 2026

    The following Reservation Policy governs all bookings, payments, cancellations, and guest conduct at Luxuria Inn by Chandan. By confirming a reservation, guests agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
  • Booking Confirmation & Guarantee
    • Luxuria Inn by Chandan will honor reservations only after a written booking confirmation is issued via email or official communication.
    • Booking confirmation is provided after :
      • Receipt of a valid booking request, and
      • Receipt of the required advance payment.
  • Advance Deposit Policy
    • An initial deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required to confirm any reservation.
    • The hotel reserves the right to :
      • Request a higher advance, or
      • Request a non-refundable deposit, depending on booking dates, wedding season, long weekends, festive periods, or group reservations.
      • Any such condition will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
    • The remaining balance must be paid prior to arrival or as per the agreed payment schedule.
    • Failure to clear the balance amount within the stipulated time may result in release of the booking, and cancellation terms will apply.
  • Cancellation & Amendments
    • All cancellations or modifications must be intimated in writing via email.
    • Cancellation charges apply due to administrative and operational costs.
    • No refunds or adjustments will be made for :
      • Non-utilization of any service or facility included in the package
      • Early departure or unused nights
    • Any change of date, reduction of stay, or postponement will be treated as a cancellation and governed by the applicable cancellation policy.
    • A reservation is not considered cancelled until written cancellation confirmation is issued by Luxuria Inn by Chandan.
  • Payment Modes Accepted
    • Payments are accepted via :
      • Bank Transfer
      • Debit Card
      • Credit Card
    • Cash payments are not accepted for advance bookings.
    • Accepted cards include :
      • Visa
      • Master Card
      • American Express
    • Cheque payments are accepted subject to realization.
    • Bank details can be obtained from the hotel help desk upon request.
  • Billing & Taxes
    • Guests are advised to verify :
      • Tariff amount
      • Stay details
      • Policies and availability before making the deposit.
    • All room tariffs are exclusive of taxes.
    • 12% GST will be applicable on the actual billing amount, as per current government regulations.
    • Any changes in GST or tax structure imposed by the government will be charged accordingly.
  • Refunds & Transaction Charges
    • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original mode of payment.
    • For bookings cancelled and paid via online transfer, debit card, or credit card, a 6.5% transaction charge will be deducted.
    • Original payment receipt must be presented for refund processing where applicable.
  • Guest Conduct & Behaviour
    • Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect other guests, hotel staff, and property rules at all times.
    • Loud music, disruptive behavior, or any activity causing inconvenience to other guests is strictly prohibited.
    • Alcohol consumption must comply with local and state regulations. Guests must possess valid permits wherever required by law.
  • Liability Disclaimer
    • Luxuria Inn by Chandan shall not be held responsible for :
      • Loss or damage to personal belongings
      • Injury, illness, or accidents occurring within the premises unless caused due to proven negligence
    • Guests are advised to take adequate personal insurance coverage before travel.
  • Additional Notes
    • Lunch on the day of departure is not included unless specifically booked and confirmed in advance.
    • By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted all reservation terms and conditions.
    • The cancellation policy applies to all circumstances, including medical emergencies, travel delays, weather conditions, or personal reasons.

    Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment and written confirmation from Luxuria Inn by Chandan.
