  • Service Policy Luxuria Inn by Chandan
    Effective Date: 15 February 2026

    Welcome to Luxuria Inn by Chandan. This Service Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing reservations, stays, services, and facilities at our hotel. By confirming a booking with us, guests are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the following policies.
  • Rates & Meal Plans
    • All room rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
    • For international transactions, exchange rates will be applied as per the bank or payment gateway (e.g., PayPal) on the date of payment receipt.

    Meal Plan Inclusions
    • CP (Continental Plan): Accommodation with breakfast
    • MAP (Modified American Plan): Accommodation with breakfast and dinner
    • AP (American Plan): Accommodation with breakfast, lunch, and dinner
    • Applicable taxes are not included in the displayed tariffs and will be charged as per prevailing government regulations.
    • All tariffs are subject to change without prior notice.
    • Special rates during festive seasons, weddings, and peak periods may vary without prior notice.
  • Advance Payment & Booking Confirmation
    • A minimum 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
    • Balance payment must be cleared as per the agreed terms prior to or at check-in.
    • All bookings must be guaranteed against advance payment or an authorized travel agency voucher.
  • Check-In & Check-Out Policy
    • Check-In Time: 12:00 PM
    • Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM

    Early Check-In
    • Early check-in is subject to availability.
    • For guaranteed early check-in, the reservation must be made from the previous night.
    • All arrivals prior to 08:00 AM will be billed from the previous night.

    Late Check-Out Charges
    Late check-outs are subject to availability and charged as follows :
    • 25% of room tariff: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
    • 50% of room tariff: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
    • 100% of room tariff: After 6:00 PM
    Luxuria Inn by Chandan reserves the right to charge for the full duration of stay in case of early departure.
  • Children Policy
    • Up to two (02) children below 6 years may stay free of charge when sharing a room with parents, without an extra bed.
    • Children aged 7 to 12 years will be charged as applicable; a maximum of one extra child bed is permitted per room.
    • Children above 12 years are considered adults and charged accordingly.
  • Pets Policy
    • Pets are not permitted within the hotel premises.
  • Guest Identification
    As per government regulations, all guests must present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
    Accepted ID proofs include :
    • Aadhaar Card
    • Passport
    • Driving License
    • Voter ID Card
    Children are required to carry valid photo identification such as a school ID, Aadhaar card, or passport.
  • Guarantee Rules / Deposit Policy
    • All reservations must be guaranteed through advance payment or an authorized travel agency.
    • For guaranteed bookings, rooms will be held until check-out time on the day following the scheduled arrival.
    • For non-guaranteed bookings, rooms will be held until 4:00 PM on the arrival date, after which the booking may be released.
  • Exchange Rate Policy
    • Rates confirmed in foreign currency (e.g., USD) may be converted to INR at the hotel’s prevailing exchange rate at the time of stay.
    • Credit/debit card charges may be subject to additional conversion fees imposed by banks or card issuers, which are beyond the hotel’s control.
  • Reservation Validity
    • Electronic reservation confirmations are issued for guest convenience only.
    • Luxuria Inn by Chandan maintains official reservation records, which shall prevail in case of any discrepancy.
    • Any tampering or alteration of reservation confirmation details is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
  • Smoking Policy
    • Luxuria Inn by Chandan is a non-smoking hotel.
    • Smoking is strictly prohibited in guest rooms, restaurants, banquet areas, and all enclosed public spaces.
    • Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas, if provided.
  • Cancellation & No-Show Policy
    • Failure to arrive on the scheduled date without prior intimation will be treated as a no-show.
    • Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the date of arrival to avoid charges.
    • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

    Festive, Wedding Season & Long Weekend Policy
    • Rates during wedding season, festive periods, and long weekends are subject to change without prior notice.
    • Special tariffs, minimum stay requirements, and advance payment terms may apply during :
      • Wedding season
      • Long weekends
      • Public holidays
      • Diwali, Christmas, and other peak demand periods

    Cancellation During Peak Periods
    • Reservations during wedding season, long weekends, Diwali, and Christmas must be cancelled at least 21 days prior to the date of arrival.
    • Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival during these periods are non-refundable.
    • All reservations during these periods require advance payment.
    • Holiday or peak-season supplements may be charged additionally.
  • General Notes
    • Any postponement or date change will be treated as a cancellation and governed by the cancellation policy.
    • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed through the original mode of payment.
    • Lunch on the departure day is not included unless specifically booked.
    • By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge acceptance of all terms and conditions stated herein.
